When you first step into your Maui vacation condo you are immediately struck by the clean bright layout. Your eyes are drawn to the lanai (balcony) with its table and chairs; perfect for leisurely meals or just sitting and contemplating the gorgeous ocean views (See above photo.). Whales are seen almost every day in season.

The rest of the condo is equally attractive, with high quality furniture, bright floor to ceiling mirrors in the living room and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new high end kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

Beautiful Hawaiian art covers the walls. Many of the pieces are originals.

When you leave your condo the newly renovated pool awaits you as does the beach in front of the condo which is 6 miles long (There are 3 detours around hotels at high tide.). Other amenities on site are a children's wading pool, a hot tub, a putting green, two saunas, two shuffle boards, Gas BBQ's and a volley ball court. There are public tennis courts adjacent to the property.

In the evenings when you are finished touring, walking on the beaches, snorkeling or just lazing around the pool you can watch some TV on the 41" TV with cable and an HD box so you can watch your favorite programs in beautiful clear color, just as though you were at a movie. Want to use the Internet? It's free and it's high speed cable. Don't forget to BBQ down by the pool in the evenings. It's a favorite gathering place with the friendliest people in the world!

You will take in many awe inspiring sites on Maui after which you will be a convert to "Maui no ka oi". "Maui is the best!"

This Maui condo is in pristine condition. It was renovated in 2008 using high quality material and workmanship. Some of the highlights are:

Check-in time is: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is: 11:00 a.m. Request for a late check out can be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability, at a half day charge.

The maximum number of guests for this condominium is limited to four (4) persons. 

Deposit of 3 nights rental required to hold reservation. Full payment required 60 days before arrival. Cancellation fee of $200.00 if cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival, however we will make our best effort to rent the condo for this period and provide a full refund (less $200.00) for days rented in this period.

NEWS FLASH: RECESSION DISCOUNT OF A FURTHER 15%.

• High Season, January 1 - April 15th:
  • $180.00 $153.00/night, (minimum four night stay);
  • $155.00 $132.00/night, 1 or more weeks. A further 10% discount for 30+ days. i.e. $140.00 $119.00 /night.
    
    
• Christmas Season, December 15-31;
  • $200.00 $170.00/night, Minimum four night stay;
  • $170.00 $145.00/night, 1 or more weeks.
    
    
• Low Season, April 16 - December 14:
  • $153.00  $130.00/night, (minimum four night stay);
  • $135.00 $115.00/night, 1 or more weeks. A further 10% discount for 30+ days. i.e. $122.00 $104.00/night.
    

12.42% General Excise Tax and $35.00 Guest Registration Fee is added.

A cleaning fee of $95.00 is charged for all rentals for fewer than 7 days. A damage deposit of $250.00 is required, which is refundable, within one week of departure, if there is no damage caused to the condo.

Shopping Service

This is ideal for guests arriving late. When you arrive at your condo your groceries will be waiting for you. So, Instead of going out shopping when you are exhausted from your trip you get your vacation off to a great start. Have a drink and a relaxing meal on the lanai as soon as you get to your condo.

If you wish this service we will put you in touch with a trusted person who will do your shopping for a fee of $30.00. She will leave you a receipt and your change (there is no markup on the groceries).
