About Us

My name is Earl Sands Email Address (earlsands@shaw.ca). I have owned apartment #528 since May of 2000. I live in British Columbia and usually stay at Kauhale Makai for the months of January, February and March.

I established this website in March of 2008:

To help promote the complex in general;
To provide a venue where sales and rentals can be advertised by agents and by owners for FREE;
To provide an "owners only" forum where owners can:
- start a discussion topic;
- post comments to discussion topics;
- discuss items of concern;
- share information of interest;
- Ask questions;
- Keep your fellow owners up to date!

News Flash March 30, 2008: Kauhale Makai has only been live on the Internet since March 13, 2008 but already is in the top 10 on Google for a number of search terms. (For example a Google search for “Kauhale Makai, Maui Condos” is in the top 5).
